We are working with Healthy.io to provide some of our diabetic patients with a Home Urine Test kit. Before we ask Healthy.io to contact patients that are eligible, we will contact eligible patients to give them the chance to opt out if they wish.
If you receive a call from healthy.io to arrange the delivery of a home urine test kit, please rest assured that this is a legitimate call being made on behalf of Portsdown Group Practice as we would like to check your urine.
It’s important that we check diabetic patient’s urine at least once per year to monitor their kidneys and diabetes.
